Where We Ship
We cannot ship wine outside of the United States. Due to legal restrictions on the sale of wine, we cannot ship to the following states:
AL, AR, AZ, DE, KY, MA, MD, ME, MS, MT, NJ, OH, OK, PA, RI, SD, UT
The laws regarding the direct shipment of wine are constantly changing. We will expand our shipping area when state laws permit.
Shipping Rates
Brixr only offers UPS ground shipping at the moment. We charge a flat shipping fee regardless of shipping address. Our shipping rates are simple:
$10 for 3 items or less
Free for 4 items or more
Estimated Delivery Time
All orders are shipped by UPS ground. Delivery time depends on shipping region. All transit times are business days (weekends excluded):
Northern California: Next day
West Coast: 2 days
Rockies: 3 days
Midwest: 4 days
East Coast and South: 5 days
We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
In case of extreme cold or heat, we may hold your delivery to prevent wine spoilage in transit unless you email us at help@brixr.com and instruct us to release your order. We cannot be held responsible for the quality of your wine if you override a weather hold.
Age and Signature Policy
Wine may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. By placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old.
All deliveries require the signature of someone over 21 years old, so we strongly recommend that you ship to a work address whenever possible to ensure trouble-free delivery. If the wine is returned to us for failure to provide positive proof of age, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping charges.
Tracking Your Package
After your package has been shipped, you will receive one or more emails with a tracking number for each package in your order. Remember, that orders may arrive from different sources in multiple packages (see below).
Shipments from Multiple Wine Sources
Our wines come from multiple wineries and retailers (we call them "sources"). Sometimes, a single order may be fulfilled by multiple sources. In this case, you will generally receive one package per source and you may receive distinct order confirmation and shipment notification emails from each third-party source.
Changing an Order
All sales are final, but - at our discretion - we may allow changes to orders under certain circumstances. To request a change to an order that has already been placed, contact us at help@brixr.com. Changes cannot be made once the order has been processed by our logistics center.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Do not return or mail damaged or unsatisfactory products to us. Contact us by email at help@brixr.com and we will resolve your issue. We may offer a replacement of equal value or a refund (at our discretion).
We are not responsible for any damage or deterioration from shipment by common carrier. We will not provide refunds for orders delayed because of weather holds or UPS delivery issues. Cancellations can not be made once the order has been processed by our logistics center and are at our discretion since all sales are final.
