| Though food was Rajat (Raj) Parr's first love, wine became his great passion. Luckily, Raj works in the best of both worlds as Wine Director for the Mina Group of Restaurants, including San Francisco famed favorites Michael Mina and RN74. Raj began his career as an apprentice to one of the industry's most acclaimed master sommeliers, Larry Stone at Rubicon. Prior to his role with Mina, Raj displayed his expertise at Fifth Floor in San Francisco, which quickly received rave reviews and the Grand Award from the Wine Spectator after only two years of its opening. With his free time, Raj enjoys creating and hosting wine dinners that share his love of wine with others. |
